As a child, Thomas's love for baseball was cut short when he could no longer see the ball, a moment that broke his heart. However, his indomitable spirit led him to remarkable adventures, such as cyclingover 4,000 miles across America on a tandem bicycle. This feat was not just a physical accomplishment but a symbol of his unwavering will to experience life fully.

Thomas’s involvement with PhoneFaith, a ministry of Christian Record Services, has been a source of solace and strength. Through hosting programs and engaging with the community, Thomas found purpose and a renewed sense of vitality.
