In response to the significant influx of refugees in the Iowa-Missouri Conference, President Dean Coridan has stated that he believes working with refugees is vital in order for the gospel message to reach the whole world.
This past summer several Bible workers were active among refugee communities in St. Louis, and on Aug. 8 a Nepalese fellowship officially met for the first time for Sabbath service and worship at St. Louis Central Seventh-day Adventist Church in the “Upper Room.”
“We are happy to announce the start of this newly-formed Nepalese church, now called Three Angels Nepalese Seventh-Day Adventist Church,” said Fred Schlichter.
