This initiative invites churches, schools, pastors, and members across North America to hold at least 3,000 proclamation events in 2025. With a staggering 4,100 initiatives already registered, the momentum is undeniable. But the work is far from over, and there’s still time to get involved!

Funding Opportunities: Don’t Miss the Deadline!
One of the most exciting aspects of Pentecost 2025 is the financial support available to help churches and schools organize proclamation events. The NAD is offering up to $3,000 in funding for approved initiatives. These funds can cover costs directly related to sharing the gospel, ensuring that even smaller congregations and schools can make a big impact.
However, time is running out to secure funding. To qualify, churches and schools must submit their applications by December 31, 2024. Here’s how to get started:
- Plan Your Event: Work with your church or school board to design an initiative that fits your community’s needs.
- Submit Your Application: Complete the NAD application, ensuring your event meets the criteria for proclamation activities.
- Receive Support: Approved applicants will receive 50% of their funding in December 2024 and the remaining 50% after the event is completed and a report is submitted.
Preparing for Pentecost
The year 2024 is designated as a time to “Prepare for Pentecost.” This preparation phase is crucial for ensuring that 2025 is a year of impactful evangelism. Here are some ways to get ready:
- Pray: Begin with prayer, seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance for your initiative.
- Access Resources: Utilize evangelism toolkits like “New Beginnings,” “Jesus 101,” and materials from “It Is Written” and “Breath of Life.”
- Undergo Training: Participate in online webinars, regional training events, or the “10,000 Digital Disciples Social Media Training” program.
- Engage Your Community: Build relationships through acts of compassion, Bible studies, literature distribution, or community outreach programs.
Proclamation Events: What They Are and Why They Matter
Proclamation events are at the heart of Pentecost 2025. These events are designed to present the gospel in a clear, Christ-centered way, while also sharing the distinctive teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Examples include:
