Larry Pitcher, former president of Christian Record Services for the Blind, passed to his rest on the morning of Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, after several illnesses in 2022 and complications from heart disease. He was 76.
Pitcher served as CRS president from Jan. 1, 1995, until his retirement on Sept. 30, 2015. He also served on the Mid-America Union Conference Executive Committee, and prior to that as a pastor in Wichita, Kansas, for a number of years.
