Nearly 100 people visited the new Healing Place facilities during an open house on Sabbath, August 18. There was an abundance of food, a tour and inspirational stories of the many people who are being blessed by services provided from the downtown Denver location.
Plans are also underway to expand the ministry to reach professionals who live and work in the downtown area, as well as college students from Auraria campus. Many open house attendees signed up to volunteer and donate.
For those who could not attend there will be another open house later this fall. In the meantime, you are invited to come any Friday evening between 5-6:30pm for Bible study, as well as to help serve the many people who attend.
