neighborhood!” says Pastor Kessia Reyne Bennett. “This past Sunday, in partnership with more than a dozen community organizations, we put on a public health party with a purpose: providing information on and resources for growing healthy infants in healthy families. There was livemusic,there was free vegetarian food (thanks to our Pathfinder club grilling it up!), there were a dozen informational tables, and there were more than $4,000 worth of gifts given away to mothers in the community. Dozens of CVC volunteers contributed. This has been the culmination of months of work and years of investment in local organizations, and we praise God that He made the event a success,” says Pastor Kessia Reyne.
